The Process
Each animal or creation is hand-made in soft white clay and fired in an electric kiln. During the process of sculpting your piece, pictures will be sent to you. This process could take days or weeks, depending upon size and complexity
of the subject.
The firing doesn't begin until approval of your piece through photographs.
The first kiln firing takes about 8 hours in the kiln to reach a temperature of 1830 degrees
fahrenheit.
Once the kiln is cool enough to open after many hours, the piece has becomes glass.

At this phase, glaze colors are applied to the sculpture through two processes, the first is hand-painting delicate features and secondly, airbrushing.
Your sculpture comes to life in the final firing which reaches temperatures of 2192
degrees fahrenheit.
